The System Switch Board (SSB) is the switch board for M20 router only. The SSB and SCB are the only two boards to ever ship with the original Internet Processor ASIC. The part number "SSB" refers to the original IP1 board, while the part number "SSB-E" refers to the Internet Processor II version. The SSB-E also says "Internet Processor II" on the front right of the faceplate, while the original SSB version is blank in this area.
